Turno's customer support is fantastic. I had an issue with notifications. I spoke with Emma, who enlisted the tech team to find and work to fix the problem. They kept at it until it was resolved. Great customer service, and a very good app for cleaners. Would recommend just because of the customer support.

I've had success, but I also "verified" myself late in the 2024 season. I made decent $$$ with the resources they've provided. They keep the market competitive, and all I have to do is be presentable and thorough in my work. Tailoring checklists should be the cleaners priority if the host's/ account managers haven't leaned them down to comprehensive lists with specifics outlined, that cannot be done in physical walk throughs.
