The app works fine, but it's hard to get real jobs from it. The whole system is about low bidding to win. That doesn't help the business owner, cleaner. It doesn't seem to be cleaner friendly. On the other side, when I've had questions, customer service has been responsive and knowledgeable. I most recently chatted with Audrey, who did great. Edit: I chatted with Vincent today and he was friendly and helpful.

Good app, except it won't let me upload a picture either stored from a file or a selfie after I take one on the app. This is part of the Turno's self-marketing feature to get more cleaning projects. Therefore, I still cannot use this feature until I upload a selfie and move to the next step. Also, for some reason, it no longer notifies me when a project is available to accept, so I have missed out on money!

I'm just going to put it this way, really fun when you have to chase money down because the company wants to charge all these fees and take forever to process payments. I have a contract that takes me 10 days each time because the owner doesn't want to pay some fee to link a card which I get, so they have to use checking info and it takes forever.....the fees are excessive with this app and customer service could seem to care less literally pushed stripe at me.
