New to the platform but so far so great! Very friendly customer service staff- Amy and Brooks are the best! They've helped to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to meeting with my first cleaner. The list feature for cleaning so you can go down to small details and require photo documentation is HUGE when it comes to creating a consistent listing product. Excited to see how things go and help me in leveling up my STR.

The app is a great idea but is incredibly frustrating to use. Its hard or impossible to do many basic things especially when you co-host. Messages only go to 1 person. Cant invite cleaner if you remove them nor set primary, backup, allocate projects or even remove yourself as co-host. It has been extremely frustrating and time consuming.

Our team can help set up the changes you're looking for or instruct your main host on how to update permissions.

Yes the app prompts u to restart it for the newest version EVERY SINGLE TIME U OPEN IT, but I can live with that, even though I'm using the most up to date version. But now, it doesn't allow u to "send" on messages. ***Send issue has been fixed, but still asks to update app every single time I open it EVEN THOUGH I'm using the most recent version.
