My review is for the support I received while using the platform. Steven has assisted me numerous times and provided impeccable detail, guidance, and tutorials that included screenshots with direct links to everything I asked for. Customer service such as Steven's is not something that is taught but instead is a reflection of incredible character. I was frustrated at the inefficiency of being able to find the information I needed, but Steven came to the rescue. I'm now very happy to use Turno.

the app is best as a companion to the desktop. It is for basic tasks and the desktop version is the full service. It does a great job with keeping us informed with relevant information! In terms of customer service we did have a nightmare situation where all our properties desynced when setting one up on hospitable. I reached out to support and within minutes they were working on a fix. They reassigned cleanings manually. THANK YOU VICKY from the support team for taking the time to do it!
