Turno has overall been easy to use once I got it set up, but tonight, I was having problems with it and had to contact support. My support person, Vance, was fantastic. He understood my problem quickly, offered solutions, and made sure I knew potential pitfalls with the available solution so I could make an informed decision. Overall, it was a perfect experience!

This app is hopelessly broken. Every time I open it and login, it asks me (again) to change my password, and then immediately crashes, in an endless cycle. However, I've given it two stars instead of one because fundamentally it does work if I view it from a web browser instead of the app, their customer service was great, and it helped me find a cleaner on very short notice, for a date when my other cleaners were not available. That's why I was here, and it solved my problem.

Turno is a super timesaver for me. It automatically syncs with my Airbnb calendar whenever a new reservation is made and my housekeepers get to see it automatically and accept it. Then the app takes care of all the billing for each clean. It's a little buggy whenever I try to manually move some dates around (for example if I change the clean date to a day later or earlier and save it, the app reverts to the original day sometimes). Customer service rocks, though, especially Kassie!!!!
