📜 Detection History: Automatically saves a log of all your past analyses, complete with the identified disease, confidence, and timestamp.

🚀 How to Use

1. Open the App: Launch Plant Health Check.
2. Select an Image:
* Tap "Pick Image" to choose a photo of a plant leaf from your gallery.
* Tap "Take Photo" to use your camera to capture a new image.
3. View Analysis: The app will process the image and display a list of the most likely diseases.
4. Explore Results:
* Tap on a result card to view detailed information.
* Click the "Find More Info" link to search for the disease online.
5. Check History: Tap the history icon (🕒) in the top bar to see all your previous detections.
