Ratings and reviews

This app is based on a similar system or the same system many other CUs use. However they do no use any of the advanced banking features available like budgeting functions, future predictions. It can accomplish internal transfers. That's about it. I quit banking with TVA after 25 years, because their fees and app are antiquated.

Every couple of weeks the App is unavailable. Although it is only for a few hours, it is not ideal. Edit 11/24- The updates to the system are not ideal. Items pending are no longer at the top of the app. Items are pending for weeks at a time when they used to clear immediately

So simple to take care of business! Looove the new app. Can easily add new accts. to pay.------EDIT...7-30-21... My app totally stopped after years of use. I deleted app, reinstalled app, then tried to open. It takes you back and forth with no resolve. Now I cant get into acct to pay mt bills.... EDIT...8-2-21 APP is not functioning for me. Very inconvenient, since this is bill paying week.
