Ratings and reviews

Good luck getting assistance if anything goes wrong. App missing basic functionality, impossible to get help by phone, and all *5* Fiji Airport staff couldn't be bothered to help me get rebooked on a flight that actually made sense. Stuck overnight in an airport while a non-empty flight to my city boarded and departed. Same story for many others.

Terrible App and back end database system! Keep getting "error getting the service catalog" errors. Could see and select seats, but not save seat selection. Told me I could check in, but wouldn't allow me to do so ("already checked in or not eligible"). Agent allocated seats, but app removed them when I tried for next flight. Could not check in luggage. It keeps going on! This app and system needs serious work.

These crashes have not helped any of us. When booked flights had issues on website, for months have tried to rebook seats, however closer to date, tried to call Fiji airways to try and book seats, got told to wait 10hrs to flight check in, however did this, every time crashed. Couldn't save our seats, the app is pathetic and let's hope our flight is better than it's dodgy app issues! Somebody read these reviews and fix it!!!!
