Very poor experience with TVS. My payment was deducted twice today for a single transaction and there is no proper support or quick resolution. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. I expect an immediate refund of the extra amount. Kindly fix your payment system and improve customer service. Not reliable at all!

I am writing this review with a lot of frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience with the TVS Credit Saathi App. I have been a loyal follower of TVS Credit’s services, but what happened today has completely shattered my trust in their digital lending process. Until yesterday, the app was showing a clear pre-approved loan offer for me. I had gone through all the initial steps, and everything was looking positive. Instant Card and other loan options are for name sake . Till now my card id not unblocked. Auto debits and payments on time but still not updated for new loans and card usage it's not fair ...How many months and years will you take to solve ..More than a year but not yet resolved .still not resolved...though limit is there ....they are not giving limits... not able to use insta card from 2 years ...waste of time .
