Disgusting interface,instead of providing a simple payment gateway option to pay it keeps on asking the agreement number and the app keeps on crashing. The website version is even more pathetic. Will these administrators be accountable and compensate, if my payment is missed and i incur a penalty.

"I paid my EMI on time, but even after successful payment they charged extra fees. This is unfair and disappointing. Customer support is also not helpful. Very bad experience. I do not recommend this app/service." Even after complaining, I did not get any proper resolution. Still showing extra charges. Very poor service."

alter loan ended their automated voice call for asking me about new loan is the very bad thing and annoying. Even after I told the customer care not to call repeatedly they still doing that automated voice call. Even after one star I'm still getting automated voice call. issue is not taken seriously
