This is a very bad app and works very slowly. The worst thing is the customer helpline facility, and they themselves delete the registered mobile number and then refuse to give any information saying that the mobile number is not registered and the biggest excuse is that technical fault

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with TVS Credit. The due amount was debited twice from my account, which is completely unacceptable. I have faced unnecessary inconvenience and stress because of this issue. Even after raising the concern, I did not receive proper support or a satisfactory response. Very worst app I have ever seen 😞. I have a bike loan account processed by a TVS dealer. But, TVS don't provide details fact sheet till it is sanctioned. even after sanction, loan records don't show in app. A health insurance sold to me as value added services which is totally push selling. But, you can't connect with customer service from the app. Don't take any loan from TVS credit. Ask dealer to offer quotation then approach other banks for loan. Avoid TVS Credit Very bad.. worst.
