Very disappointing experience with TVS Credit Services Limited. I had cleared my loan payment completely, but the company delayed closing my loan account and issuing the NDC. Because of this, my loan continued to show as ACTIVE in my CIBIL report, which affected my credit score. There was no mistake from my side as all dues were already paid. Even after multiple emails and follow-ups, I kept receiving the same responses asking me to wait without any proper resolution.

TVS design for bikes day-by-day📈 but sadly TVS service incl software services like this app...first thing first every time I open it asks for an update, that's okay, after I update the app it takes a decade to load, then after multiple attempts... thankfully I'll be able to access it.... don't know what to tell TVS Company please consider this as my request. I want to see TVS as an overall indestructible giant in the automotive industry.

"I paid my EMI on time, but even after successful payment they charged extra fees. This is unfair and disappointing. Customer support is also not helpful. Very bad experience. I do not recommend this app/service." Even after complaining, I did not get any proper resolution. Still showing extra charges. Very poor service."
