Ratings and reviews

TVS credit team has not sent NOC physical copy even after 2 months of loan clearance. Even after reaching out to customer support multiple times, they're denying request. Worst customer service experience ever! The TVS Finance app is frustrating to use, and their support team is completely unhelpful. Long response times, lack of proper assistance, and unprofessional behavior make it a nightmare. If you're looking for smooth and hassle-free service, this is NOT the right choice.

Hi, I used this application for the first time and had a very bad experience. I had applied for a consumer loan, and in my very first EMI, I was faced with a penalty of four hundred rupees ( this amount is too much for me)—even though I paid the EMI on time. The amount was directly deducted from my account. I tried several times to contact customer support through calls and emails, but I have not received any response till now. This kind of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

This is the worst app ,that I have installed,I had activated insta emi card and transfered 25k as loan to my account.after reciving the loan amount. I had paid the emi's prior to the due date , but in the app it was shown as overdue by 8 ₹ , which is kind of frustrating. 1. there is no customer support if you call them only music will be played . 2. if you email them only automated email will reply. 3. if email customer redressal head he won't reply.(you pay early also end up loosing cibil)
