*Hello few days ago i wrote a remark on my experience of 2nd service. Then few hours later someone called me and asked "why did you complain about our showroom? " then he was arguing with me. Im wonder that how dare they call me and say like that. Local showroom staffs make us feel worse after buying their product*
The app is barely functional. The UI is crappy while the normal functionalities all screwed. I couldn't even decide which service centre was in my locality as it gave the same name to 4 available options.
Useless Take down the app or fix it. Not able to register scooter at all. OTP does not arrive. Don't waste our time. I hope your customer service does not suck like the app
Average i can say.. Though i am getting all my details about my bike and the services... User interface is not that lucrative.. Hope to see a good user interface on its next upgraded version
Unable to link my new Jupiter ZX to app I have profile created but when I try to link my Jupiter ZX to my profile it asks for OTP belonging to some random number and not mine. Please fix this issue and make bug free app.
Dont buy tvs bikes. Tvs service is worst service, tvs is a cheap brand. They cannot survive in market worst tvs. It is better to wind up the company
1. UI & UX has been completely revamped from the last version (Beta).
2. Bugs related to some of the features in previous versions have been eliminated for smooth operation of app.
3. Provision for creating customer profile after having a unique log in.
4. Registering multiple vehicles under a single profile and ability to view service history, book a service and get other details of all the registered vehicles is now provided.
5. App sharing option is also now available.
