This app is completely USELESS!! I have been trying for 2 years to connect to my phone. Now the video signal is lost and I can't view anything on the cameras! I have no idea what happened and there's no way to get service. We paid over $3000 to get this service instilled 3 years ago and now it's worthless! Next stop: ADT. They service their systems!

I have been using this app for 5+ years with no problem. All of a sudden on 5/10/24 the app keeps signing off on my phone and tablet. There is no setting within the app to have the display "always on". Whatever the developers changed, they need to correct ASAP! UPDATE: As of 6/2/24 the app is staying on as it used to. Thank you to the developers, I increased my rating only to 3 stars from 1 due to their lack of communication. I emailed them several times and never received a response.
