Good interest rate, having simple and understandable application design, investment is not completely risk free, somewhat risks are there on the investment. One has to keep eye on the invested amount and returns, taking time on generating interest is little wierd, they mentioned I stand withdrawal anytime but it taking 24 hours to getting back invested money, no interest on interest, not completely user friendly for non technical person, Application is crashing when try to open on no internet.

Its no longer 12% club ... Change the name of the app. Max interest rate is 10.5 with 1year lock in. Transparency issue ... As an investor , it's my right to know how the loans are performing and how are the default rates. This is totally unknown. Importantly.. it Could have option to schedule the interest withdrawal to automate transaction.

I have investments in Cred Mint and 12% Club, here's what I noticed so far. It takes atleast 3-4 days to start earning interest on deposits. While in Cred Mint one starts gettingg interest the very next day. 12% Club doesn't gives 12% interest, it's around 9.5, which the aren't very transparent with it. Only when you download the statement one can identify daily interest. While Cred is very transparent, it's 9% and shows daily interest in app itself.
