I would give it 5 stars, BUT Since the mid-March update the app will not let me log-in & I have eaten at Wahoo's at least once a week....so, I'm losing out on rewards points & this just needs to be fixed! 😨 -feeling frustrated
Screwed up my order I ordered a #2 with one carnitas taco, one fish taco, white beans and white rice. Then I ordered another #2 with two fish tacos, black beans and no rice. The app just gave me two of the first order instead of two distinct orders.
Used to work fine, although they don't offer deals very frequently. But I was unable to check in at all during my last two visits.
Barely ever works when you need it!! I love Wahoo's and go all the time but everytime I'm in line and ordering the app won't work. I don't get any of my points or deals. Also, recently there was a notification about a deal and I couldn't get to the app to open it. When I went to the restaurant, they knew nothing about it. :(( Disappointing.
Rewards Have Improved The rewards system changed and was awful for a period, but since have been improved again. I appreciate the change. Still waiting for mobile ordering in Philly.
Consistently crashed right before submitting the order. That's really frustrating after entering a large order.
