HOW YOUR KIT AND THE APP WORK TOGETHER: All services require purchasing a kit, registering and submitting a saliva sample using the collection tube provided. Log into your account to track your sample’s progress. Once your reports are ready, open your app to view your reports.

Ratings and reviews

Would be really cool if there were incentives to assist in the research surveys, such as access to some of the studies/info they occasionally offer for limited amounts of time/ for free to promo their +tier subscriptions. I would be far more likely to complete surveys if my time is correlating with mutual benefit. Overall incredible app and invaluable info!

The new account onboarding experience is not great. The Confirm Email Address button in the email doesn't work. The "If the above button did not work, copy and paste this link into your browser" option works, but that is pretty frustrating. Now that I'm finally able to register my kit, the "Track My Kit" bar is completely inaccessible because it's behind the soft keys on my Android OS. The developers are clearly biased towards iOS users. The UX on this app for Android needs some work!

Great app with intuitive menus, and an overall easy to understand process. They will continuously update health information as the technology they use to analyze genetics gets better, without charging you extra (some say there's a subscription, but I don't see it). Great investment and I could not suggest an improvemt if I tried. Granted, it'd be nice if the price was lower so that more people have access to this information, however I feel the price is more than justified for what you receive.
