The 20-20-20 Rule states that "Every 20 minutes, take your eyes off your computer and look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds."
1. Tap on the Screen.
2. This will bring up 2 options : Start and Stop.
3. The Stop is disabled in the beginning. Just click on Start.
4. This will start the process of reminding you every 20 minutes via a Beep. The Beep is a reminder to relax your eyes.
5. Any time you wish to stop the reminders, you can click on Stop.

We prepared 6 sets of exercises (from 3 to 20 minutes per training set), composed by best eye exercises from Vision therapy, Eye yoga, Bates methods and other eye recovery/training systems.
Exercises were chosen to be as “discreet” as possible to outside world. You can discretely train during the regular day activities (waiting for train, …) or work activities (3/5 minutes training break during working day).
Eye Doctor Trainer implements system of eye testing that record your current eyesight and allows you to track your recovery progress. You can retest you vision anytime and compare results with older records. Graph of training activity and eye test results serves for evaluating efficiency of length of training per vision correction.
Eye Doctor Trainer cannot guarantee success of eye recovery, despite the fact that most people regularly training eye exercises are reporting successful results and at least partial improving of eyesight. 30-50% people refering 0.5 - 1.0 diopter recovery. (There is no magic in it – If you are training, your muscles are getting stronger and are working better).
Take your glasses or lenses off before each training or eye test. If you feel any problems during the training rather stop and avoid training for few next days, if problems remains consult to your doctor.

Med denne enkle løbeapp kan du lynhurtigt komme i gang med at træne efter den nye revolutionerende løbemetode, udviklet af professor Jens Bangsbo og ph.d. Thomas Gunnarsson på Københavns Universitet. Træningsformen tager 1 minut at udføre. Man løber langsomt i 30 sekunder, lidt hurtigere i 20 sekunder og spurter i 10 sekunder. Det modul gentager man så 5-10-15 gange afhængigt af, hvor god form man er i.
Indstil appen til det ønskede antal 10-20-30-moduler, modulernes længde og pausetid og du er klar til at løbe. Appen guider dig med stemme, lyd og vibration igennem intervaltræningen, så du får det maksimale ud af løbeturen.
