The "Staro Rīga" light festival is back! 25 unique light objects on both banks of the Daugava invite you to go on a three-kilometer long light art journey. Light show in Dome Square, video projections that visitors can add and improve, free-standing environmental installations, music and performance programs, new artists' program in Victory Park. The theme of this year's festival is TIME OF LIGHT. Festival visitors are invited to BE TOGETHER IN THE LIGHT and celebrate our shared values during the weekend of Latvia's birthday.
