As like with other reviews, I really miss the functionality of the original app. The new one is confusing and hard to navigate. Especially when you are trying to do a transfer and you can barely touch the button at the bottom because it's almost entirely off screen. This also applies to the confirm button which is even worse. I also really miss being able to see pending deposits which gave me an accurate time to plan for it. Lastly, I miss the original layout and colors.

Hi, we are working to improve the experience for our members, and really appreciate the feedback. This has been shared with our design and members experience teams. One idea to ensure you know when your deposit arrives is setting up an alert to inform you. We know its not the same but the only thing we can offer as a replacement.

The recent "upgrade" to the mobile banking app is a massive step backward, both in functionality and appearance. The app is incredibly slow, especially compared to the previous versions, and many key features that I used to rely on and still really need are either completely gone or not functional. As for navigation, the layout is poorly designed and difficult to use, which is not helped by the speed. Overall extremely disappointed; why fix what wasn't broken? Here's to hoping for more ATMs.

Old version was better, sorry! This one is very busy looking with small text, difficult to read. The grey text is also difficult to read, and I am a younger person with stronger vision. I also miss the feature where I could see how each transaction affected my total dollars. Made it easier to track for potential fraud! Now I have to do the math myself. Hopefully there will be more updates with improvements.
