It does it's job which is all I ask. Docking a point because at some point they got rid of logging in with biometrics (I understand why from a security standpoint but I wish I still had the option) and because notifications for transactions and balances can be unreliable. The card manager was always prompt but that's discontinued, so I don't know what happened in this regard.

7/3/22 Update Some previous issues have been fixed, but there is a lot more to do. Somehow the app is getting less responsive. Button presses often have no feedback, leaving me wondering if anything happened and if anything is going to. Drop menus still cut off info. 11/21 The drop menus amputate how much money is in my accounts, so transferring between is difficult.

That sounds incredibly frustrating!! We are listening and using member feedback to improve. We released an update to fix the balance refresh bug and some design components. Please make sure you have your app set to auto-updated. If for some reason you experience more of the same after 8.0.4 in installed, please update your review again.

No longer able to manage/log into two separate accounts without going through 2 factor authentication each time. Card manager application is retired July of 2022, so if you have multiple cards on different accounts you can no longer receive alerts from both accounts at the same time. Transactions are now automatically erased after six months. The fonts and backgrounds are weird and small and confusing. The switch in 2021 sucked, I'm seriously considering switching banks over the app update.
