I always love twitter and this app was great up until about a week ago. Notifications are super messed up now and they usually disappeared when you click on them or read them on twitter but now they don't and you individually have to remove them from yours phones notifications. It's so annoying. Also on the app, the notifications number, stays until your refresh.. just a little thing but boy, it's it annoying.
"see more tweets" button loads tweets then I have to scroll all the way to the bottom and hit the same button again in an attempt to see all the tweets in my timeline, but after you do it so many times, tweets just stop loading completely. so in order to see all the tweets, you must log in every few hours and stay up to date. I want to load everything and read it all in one go but you guys keep making that more and more difficult, very frustrating
I've used Twitter off and on for a few years. Within the last couple weeks, I decided to get active on Twitter. Downloading the app, the first screen you see is "get started" screen. But if you click login on the bottom, and attempt to log in with your existing account, it just keeps looping you to the "get started" screen. Very disappointing.
I love Twitter as a platform, but the Android app is a hot mess. I literally get this message at least twice an hour all day: "Unfortunately, Twitter has stopped." There's never any explanation, and tech support has been useless. This app is unstable and unusable!
I literally can not sign in with my existing account it's so annoying, I've re-downloaded twitter several times and I still can't get pass the login in screen. I noticed that the twitter account gets connected to your phone when you attempt to login, but yet u litteraly can not get into the app
It's all great but I wish they would make it possible to filter out retweets from regular tweets (toggle on/off) as regular tweets are more relevant and "Real Time" than some of the rt junk. Also ability to add personal notes to contacts in app (or via a linked side app). It would be good for tracking history of contact with a person (when met, how, birthdays etc)
A few minor updates to make Twitter an even better place.
