Ratings and reviews

The chat app is very clunky. Copy-pasting introduces weird markup, posts randomly disappear or are never sent out, and the push notifications only work sporadically.

Terrible experience from the very start. Can't even get a password reset done on the platform and nowhere a help button to be found on the login screen
