Lots of fun!! Great game!! Not sure what the current price is, as I bought this years ago, but it used to cost $5, and it's well worth that! I lucked out and got this on sale for only $0.49!! Great puzzle/adventure style game. Not too slow paced, though not too fast either. It should be a good median to please both types of players. Allows you to move past levels that you can't master, go back to them later if you want, or forget about them and keep playing towards the end. It's all up to you and how you want to do it!
It's hard to recommend this game any stronger than other reviews have! I have been playing games on my phone for a while now. I have enjoyed several quite a bit, but none of them come close to world of goo. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to considering something "great", but I can say that about this game without a doubt. The gameplay is perfect. The visuals are fun, polished, and fitting of the story they are trying to tell. The story itself is cute, off beat, a little cynical, and a little uplifting. It's hard to describe without experiencing it. Try the demo!
Excellent One of the better games out there - quite challenging and addictive. Simple yet detailed graphics, sound effects make me smile every time I play, music isn't annoying like some other games. Thank you for an amazing product.
Love it I own this on pc and had to get it for my phone. Better than most puzzlers (definitely all mobile games) as it is quite challenging and has a brilliant story to tell. Does not need more levels as it will ruin its perfection and story. Only issue is that it is a bit more difficult to control on the phone. I lose a lot of goo balls when trying to zoom in and out or pan the screen.
Worth the money. World of Goo compared to most mobile games is something special. It is something simple that you can pick up and play for a few minutes like many popular games these days yet it still shines with a level of refinement you don't see on cheaper produced games. I find I can constantly come back to it when I'm not in the mood for anything else, and the challenges keep me thinking and replaying levels for hours of enjoyment so far. I highly recommend this game, it's well worth the money.
Best game for tablets This game is the no. 1 game on the app store in my book. Sure it costs money, but there are NO MICRO TRANSACTIONS. This game also has great narration and story, thanks to the glorious Sign Painter. This was a PC game that is just inadvertently designed for tablets. The mechanics are wonderful, the difficulty curve is not too steep, but steep enough to not be too easy, the music is beautiful and wonderfully fitting, just throw your money at this game. It is well worth it.
