Mobile data about to expire. Trying to top up using Amex but doesn't accept. So bad to make payments and so slow. Very seriously considering changing to Vodafone or Spark as there have been issues all year.
Since the update of the app, to login from mobile number to email, I never login to my account again, if i need to check something in my account, i need to call them now. And i did a formal complain but more than 3 month waiting for someone to fix it.
I logged in too many times? I thought it automatically logs me in. FFS, now I have to use the web page to top up. What's the bloody point? Update: I've already reset my password twice and it still says the same thing. Update: Problem solved, they contacted me and fixed it for me. I'm definitely a satisfied customer. 5* from me. Thank you.
Switched to skinny, things were so much better, no offence but its true. Your coverage and data speed isn't good enough compared to other network carriers and your deals are so expensive, your widget doesn't work either, hardly any updates to this app
new version is too bad and less function, previous one is much better than this new one. even 2degree staff have the similar complaints as well. what are you doing?
It was working fine up till it was updated awhile back. Now it doesn't display balancing owing now it just shows $0 every time.
