Almost perfect Great app. Lays everything Pitt in an easy to use/easy to review format. Only complaints are the inability to adjust your maxes as you progress, and that it doesn't round off to the nearest 5lbd increment. Other than that, works amazingly.
So far so good I'm not a math guy, not even a simple math guy. This takes all the guess work out of it to include what auxiliary excuses to do too. So far so good.
Has potential but the unability to choose the exact days you work out is a real bummer. Sometimes life gets in the way and you have to rearrange your schedule.
Cant adjust the starting 1RM. App automatically reduces your 1RM, so if you dropped your max by the 10% Wendler recommends, the app adjusts it another 10% so you lose 20% and cannot change once you have started. It tracks everything, which is great.
Good but could be great.... If this app allowed you to pick lifting days and showed warm-up sets it would be my go to lifting app! Won't use until updated.
Does not have good UX experience No options to choose metric. Not intuitive interface.
