Lope is the first task management software working with lean-principles. It considers the duration of your tasks and your time available. You’ll receive warnings when your workload is too high, allowing you to cancel tasks and appointments early or make the decision to work overtime. Nothing will be forgotten and no deadlines can be missed. Remaining tasks will be slotted nicely into your schedule. Lope prioritises them as you would and only shows you the most important ones, so you never lose track.

I found this app to be easily navigable and intuitive. It kept me from going off and messing up my schedule due to poor time management. It's not the most flashy or ornate schedule app, but it is more than effective as a day planner.

I entered half a dozen tasks and the next time I launched the app saw the splash screen followed by blank white. I guess that means all my work is done! If I could be so lucky! Instead, time entering those tasks was wasted. Looks like the app is not very well supported. The last update was more than six months ago.

A VERY HELPFUL AND EASY TO USE APP! If you ever feel like you are rushing around yet not getting anything done then you have got to try it. It doesnt matter if you have a busy job or if you are just a busy mother...it will help. Simply enter in the hours you work, commute time, plus any appointments and tasks you have to do and about how long they last. The app then develops a schedule and helps you prioritize your time better. A must for anyone to try!
