I have a solid internet connection and data on my phone and the app decides to go to a voice mail instead of ringing, so i miss calls and still have to pay for it going to a voice mail!! I do not receive a notification that I have voicemail so I have no way of knowing when the app isn't working properly unless I sign in online and check!!! Uninstall and reinstall does not fix the problem it made it worse, now the mute button is on when I answer calls and it doesn't come off! Fix your app please... EDIT: I have figured out why the mute button is on and won't come off after uninstalling and reinstalling. After reinstalling you have to go in your phone permission settings and in the 2talk permissions turn on phone and microphone! Would be great if 2talk asked for permissions upon opening the app for the first time. PLEASE fix your app, in the middle of a call the registration fails even tho I have Wi-Fi and data!
Astonishingly awful. For an allegedly professional organisation to be putting this out as their app beggars belief. Randomly disconnects and won't reconnect unless you clear your app data. It's latest thing is to play the wrong ring tone absurdly loud, then I actually cannot hear anyone when I answer the call. I have taken to dismissing it and let it redirect to my mobile (something they told me would happen automatically if I was not signed in... yet it doesn't happen).
OK but no ability to get voicemail notification via the app ??? Can only send voicemail notification via email (set up from user web portal). It would make a lot of sense to be able to have a voicemail notification icon / or flashing light / or something in the app.
When I answer calls I can't take the mute option off. Have tried installing and reinstalling with no sucess so I am unable to have a convosation!
It doesn't have sound when I answer a call that's coming through? Please help. I've reinstalled it a few times. Restarted phone but nothing is working
Background battery use still an issue so will uninstall again.
