Login and account set up issues. Slow and error messages. Got one of our phones set up but not the other. Once into the app I noticed how much "stuff" there is to look at and it is a bit confusing. I liked the simplicity of the old app. Also, I have yet to figure out if I can log in with a pin or if I have to use the long password or fingerprint. I much prefer a pin for quick access. Overall I do not like the new app at all.

If you are still having trouble setting up your second device, feel free to call our Contact Center at 855.383.4301. For a quick login, you can use your fingerprint. If the dashboard feels too overwhelming, you can make the Accounts tab your default by holding your finger on the icon for the page you would like to select as your default page.

This app is so slow. You can't move quickly with anything,from typing passwords, to deposits, to moving throughout the app. I want to deposit a check and move on,but have to wait for "processing" same issue when you go to logout. I had set up notifications for high withdrawal, but they send them at 4:30 a.m. when you're sleeping, rude! I ended up turning to silent, I was tired of being woke up for a reoccurring withdrawal notification, it would be different if it were unusual or non-scheduled

Worst update app. Useless. Has made me register several times and keeps forgetting me. Keeps locking me out. When I unlock my account, I start the whole process of not being able to log in, locking the account, etc. When it did let me log in, the app is confusing, difficult to navigate, lags, and doesn't work properly. Logging in was an annoyance due to having to type in a 12+ long password EVERYTIME.

If you are getting locked out or getting the enrollment step again, it means you have miskeyed your password. Please try typing your password again and if that does not work, click "Need help logging in?" then select "Forgot Password." Also, don't forget to select "Remember Me" or enable the Touch ID option for an optimal experience.
