I've been using UGPhone for a while now. The app is pretty great overall there's almost no issue and the device's are pretty cheap and has great performance. I highly recommend this app. Edit: Lowered my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars bc UGphones performance has been very bad lately my device is just frozen,ghostouches, not moving even if I keep pressing it, more crashes lately, and the lag. i got a great internet connection. already replaced the device 2x but didn't work. already wasted 5d

I had a problem with my purchase so I had to report to customer service, expecting that it would take a whole day but they resolved it within a couple of hours, they were very accomodating. 5 stars service!!

not even a week the device already broken 3 times, the connection is very unstable, its really frustating when you have a well specification and connection but the cloud phone did not work well
