About this app

The Traversa Ride 360 mobile app provides secure access to student routing information, student scans as well as current bus location and planned bus paths*.

Ride 360 provides quick access to your child’s routing information, which can include the bus stop, route, driver and bus number. Ride 360 can also utilize GPS data to give parents and guardians access to information on where their child’s school bus is, the planned bus path and what time it is expected to be at their scheduled bus stop. School districts may also send notifications to subscribed users of Ride 360 to inform them of general information such as school closings and delays.

Traversa Ride 360 relies on accurate information from the school district. As such, it is best to contact your school district if you have additional questions or concerns about the information presented on the app.

Ratings and reviews

It's a less than 50% chance that the route it shows is the desired day/time's route, and then half of that time, the bus isn't even shown on the map. Takes multiple restarts to get it to show correct information, if it shows at all. The notifications to let you know the bus is a couple stops ahead don't work, the link to report an issue within the app is not active, and you can not contact the bus garage or the app developer. If it works, it's great. But, mostly, it's useless.

This app is much worse than last year's app. Last year, the issue seemed to be that sometimes the messages were difficult to understand, but at least the icon that showed the bus location could be depended upon for accuracy. This year's app is a waste of time. If it is used to track the bus, you'll be about 4 to 5 min's behind and will miss the bus. LAME!

Updated Review 2023 - nothing has changed, I would truly recommend if you are a school considering this, look elsewhere. These people don't care about app quality, clearly. Not a single improvement from last year. Review from 2022 - Only seems to work sometimes. When it works, it's great, but can't trust it. Also gives you notifications about how late the buses when you open it and you can't access them again after you close them out which seems crazy.
