As others have stated, the app simply does not work. I was able to log in, but couldn't add a utilities account. It just times out. I was able to add it from the web UI, and then clicked it in the app, but then it just disappeared again. The app needs a serious development overhaul.

Worst billing app ever. I have never been able to sign into this app without having an issue and I've had it for 3 years. Now today, I sign in, it tells me I've been signed out immediately. I sign back in, click utility billing, says i don't have a billing account even though I do. Try to reconnect billing with app, pops up again that I'm signed out due to inactivity even though I just clicked the button. Everything I click on billing it logs me out and I have no option to re link bill

My utility company now makes me use this app to pay online, but everytime I try to use it, I get a "something went wrong, try again later" page. This is my first time using it, but thanks to this non-functional app, I can no longer pay on line, and now I have to go into their office to make my payment on time. I recommend paying through your bank's bill pay function if you have that option, because this app is worthless unless you need something to scream at.
