it used to work really good when our school switched but now, updates aren't as to last, the fact that when I hide the arrival time it zoom out and then zooms out again, WHY? it would be nice to set a spot for when you can get to notifications, cause right now, when it tell me the will be here soon, still waiting 10 - 15 min because its picking up other kids. in some ways better than what we used but the ui is far worse

Tracking works OK. It gives a rough idea of location, which is good enough for me. I don't really blame the app for deficiency. We're talking about underfunded public school buses and equipment here. The frustrating thing about the app itself is that it will randomly log me out every few weeks, even if I used it earlier in the day. So sometimes I need a quick look and have to take the extra time to log back in.

No notifications to let you know the bus is in an area or radius, 90% of the time the bus shows sitting in one spot, and "follow" the bus will only zoom in to the center of the screen. You can't zoom in and track along the screen to see the bus path. Our district switched to this app 2 years ago and it's never gotten any better. Bug fixes for random things while basic functions never work. Yeah, good job. 🙄
