Ratings and reviews

The overall premise of the app is great, but its implementation leaves a lot to be desired. Pickup/dropoff times can't be trusted and you have to rely solely on map location and assume a 30second to 2 minute delay. The biggest issue with the app is how it handles network connectivity, in that it's horrible. Going back to home screen for more than 3 seconds or checking another app and you have to restart app for connection to work.

This app is barely working. Just checked in, and it said early arrival, 20 minutes early. I rushed out the door and ended up having to wait 20 minutes until the scheduled time that it normally comes by because the tracker wasn't working, and it just showed a static bus graphic. But when it works, it's alright. I guess. It's not very user friendly and the UI is very cluttered.

To describe this app in one word: brittle. It rarely works. When it does, it's never accurate. The user interface isn't just no frills, it's actively frustrating to use. It doesn't seem like a professional product. More like a student's project. I wish our district would switch away from this service.
