it used to work really good when our school switched but now, updates aren't as to last, the fact that when I hide the arrival time it zoom out and then zooms out again, WHY? it would be nice to set a spot for when you can get to notifications, cause right now, when it tell me the will be here soon, still waiting 10 - 15 min because its picking up other kids. in some ways better than what we used but the ui is far worse

I'm assuming this app is no longer supported. My school district can't answer technical questions about the app, and the company doesn't respond to messages. Only reply I get is the automated message saying they got my message. Bus times no longer update. App shows that it's constantly raining. Bus locations seem to be 5 minutes behind where they actually are. If this app worked as advertised, it would be great. Unfortunately, it doesn't even come close.

If I wasn't forced to use this app, I wouldn't. the interface is slow and at least 30-60 seconds minimum behind the real location of the bus. the picture of the bus on the map is never facing the correct direction of the bus. If you leave the app up on your phone and the screen locks, when you unlock the screen you have to kill the app to figure out where the bus is. notifications come late even though timed and dated earlier. it is challenging to make work and just an old legacy app.
