Update: with the latest version I am getting reasonable updates on the school bus. And the communication with the app developer has been very good. Giving it a 4 star because the bus doesn't show up on the app/route until about 10-15min before it arrives. Maybe due to the bus driver not checking in before the route begins? Original review: Pretty horrible. Our school switched to this app recently. It hasn't worked once. Live updates sounds great but I'll take the manual updates that work.

Since the moment it was downloaded, it hasn't worked. I click login it opens up sign in outside the app, I login in and it brings me back to the app say login or sign up. When I clicked send a verification code and put the code in, it says no account with that email, when I try signing up with THE SAME email it says there's already an existing account with it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all permissions are accepted and still an endless loop useless app!

It's better then the other one I downloaded before but this one still sucks. I looked on this app to see where my bus was at since I got combined with another bus and showed where it was at, but when I went back to the "bus location" option on the side, it completely shows a different bus for some reason that's not the bus I'm riding, and it makesbot were you can't see where your bus is even at on the map so you have to know when your bus gets to the stop

- If you missed the email confirmation for your account when signing up, you can now get it back! There is an option on the login page for both web and mobile for you to have us resend it your email.

- A browser is required to be enabled and installed in order to login. We now prompt a warning message if the system can't detect one
- There is more work to be done, but we've improved support for external browsers during login
