Ratings and reviews

No notifications to let you know the bus is in an area or radius, 90% of the time the bus shows sitting in one spot, and "follow" the bus will only zoom in to the center of the screen. You can't zoom in and track along the screen to see the bus path. Our district switched to this app 2 years ago and it's never gotten any better. Bug fixes for random things while basic functions never work. Yeah, good job. 🙄

it works about one day a week. The rest of the time, it says the route is active but doesn't show the bus or it shows the bus in the wrong location, or it simply doesn't even show the route active. Scan notifications are hit or miss. EDIT: Nice, blame the school that's been working with you and you can't seem to fix your software. Reduced to 1 star after that response from you.

Wish I could rate this negative stars. The app rarely works, schedules rarely load and when they do, they're rarely accurate. It's been this way literally for years, ever since my school district started using this garbage. There are so many better alternatives to this terrible software hardware combination. Also, I've written this exact comment before and they deleted it, so there's that. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Instead of dealing with problems, they delete it.
