At Typhur Culinary, we are harnessing the power of technology to create smart kitchen appliances to make it effortless for you to cook delicious meals from your home kitchen.

The Typhur app provides a wide variety of well-crafted, professional and delicious recipes, allowing you to cook at ease, through videos and step by step recipe guidance. The Typhur app can manage all your Typhur smart devices, enables you to remotely control and upgrade your device software, whilst receiving cooking notifications and reminders. In addition, we provide many tips and tricks that can help you cook, and advise you on how to use Typhur's kitchen appliances.

- Guided recipes: We provide step-by-step recipe guidance with videos, giving detailed instructions for each step. Whether you are a beginner or a professional, you can easily follow the video to get perfect results.
- Manage devices: Manage all your Typhur kitchen appliances through the mobile app. Regardless of where you are within the house, as long as you can connect to the Internet, you can remotely control all of your devices. You can monitor the cooking process and receive necessary reminder information.
- Transfer recipe to device: Find your favorite recipes on your phone and transfer the recipe to the device, to seamlessly switch between the phone and the device. You're one tap away, it's that simple!
- Custom: Customize your cooking parameters and save to your custom to make cooking even easier. You can quick-start by selecting your custom time/temperature to speed up the process.

Ratings and reviews

App AND all devices named "Sync" are NOT suitable for smoking meats. Every pitmaster knows you need a hot fire for a good clean smoke and not TOO hot a fire to not overcook the meat. The devices AND app do not have temperature alerts that keep beeping letting you know your pit is too hot/cold while you're away. Additionally, the app LOSES connectivity if you don't keep your phone constantly on the app OR if the screen turns off. These are HUGE misses on the developers part and use-case testers.

It's good, but it needs 2 main things. 1. Alarm or repeating notifications. If you can set up an alarm, I haven't figured out how to do it. So far, as i'm aware, it sends one notification at a time, and that's it. Once, when nearing completion and once when done. 2. Clean up the home page. A lot of the stuff on the home page is fairly Useless to me as I don't have a lot of the equipment that these recipes tend to require, such as the Sous vide machine

7/28/25 Update: STILL NOT FIXED - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNTIL I UPDATE THE REVIEW SAYING THEY ADDED AN ALARM The app makes a single ding noise when food is done. And if the device is out of ear shot (which is the point) you'll definitely miss the noise. Making this device absolutely useless. You still have to keep an eye out to make sure you don't miss it. And for long cooks on the BBQ? This is pointless. If you do an overnight cook there's no way you'll hear this single notification.
