Pictures are grainy. The screen has areas of missing information. Even if you change the palleti it reverts back to iron. Can't get thermal to line up. From what I can determine that the resolution doesn't live up to the specs listed. Infraspect level 1 thermographer here. Seek seems to be seeking.. but not finding. Going back to Flir or Hikmicro. I really want my money back cuz this camera sucks bad!

Rarely can connect to my Seek Compact Pro making it unusable. Every so often I get lucky and it finally connects after an hour of plugging and unplugging, but usually just says "Oops! we can't find a device". Have tried two different Compact Pro devices and several Android phones. Also, why does it need so many permissions?

Temperatures are wildly off. Much higher than real temperatures (25C vs actual 18C in the room. It takes several minutes (10-15) for the temps to go down. If i shut the phone down and switch it on again, it's starts at high temps again. You cannot choose a range of temps. It always adjusting it. And the app cannot even take photos or videos. The button is there but pressing it leads to nothing. It used to work before but not anymore. Also, the USB connection is horrible.
