Ratings and reviews

Redmi note 9pro. Nothing works in Preferences menu. I still can see the picture and choose from the color mappings, so the gadget does its job, but beyond that the app is totally useless. And I'd love to be able to disable auto-level adjustment, and see the output as is. I believe there is some switch for that, but I couldn't locate it.

App integration time makes it unusable. Using the camera with an open source library on a computer is fine, but the app integrates over a second or so and the images are all totally saturated, and if you move, just a smeary mixture of everything it was pointed at in that time. It didn't used to be this way, so I suppose some untested change was pushed out at some point.

The hardware is well designed and works as advertised. The software app for android phones however is poor. My Samsung S10e phone has to be rebooted for the Seek camera to be recognized by the Seek software app!! Had I known that before purchasing, I would have bought a different device. I contacted Seek about the problem 6 months ago and nothing has changed.
