cannot login even changed my password says it not recognizing my email address. I still get product emails. happened when they sent me email to update the app. have not used the app since. still have unused points. received email saying my points will expire if not login by the 7th. really frustrating that I can't use what is the point of this app. have started to go to other apps where the apps actually work for loyal customers. will not put money ever again after changing it's reward program.

Finally able to download app after many months of incompatibility issues. This app had previously ran on my phone without issue. Now I go to sign in it says my email doesn't exist. So, I guess I just lose all those points I had accumulated, thanks a lot Dunkin' Donuts. Good to know you think nothing of your customers. I just won't purchase from you ever again and save all that money.

I love going to Dunkin & using the app but lately I've been having major issues with the app. For some strange reason the app won't open on my phone at all, it just says "Dunkin keeps stopping". When I try to sign in on my tablet, it won't accept my password then when I select "forgot password" it says that my email address doesn't exist. I've been earning & saving my points for quite some time but because I haven't been able to sign in I've missed out on earning quite a bit of points.
