Had no troubles till last update (version 21.1.50). Now it just informs me that the app is experiencing issues & to check my network settings. Un- & re-installed it multiple times no avail. Currently utterly useless & highly frustrating, to say the least!!! Someone please fix this asap!!!

The new app is just trash. Cheaply built by someone who is more than likely over charging for a NON USER friendly app. Way to many changes. Did anyone ever think to ask us, the actual folks that depend on the app to work, maybe a poll or idea board to see what we use how we use and how often.

Since the latest update, I can not use the app with my Android!! I had to call the bank office justvto find that much out!! Why have an app that will only work with an iPhone?? I haven't been able to access my acct for over 3 months if not longer!! How much longer?!? I've had my acct with y'all 14yrs. If this isn't fixed soon, I'm closing my acct. I don't want to but come on!! Not a happy customer!! 😕🤬
