Does not allow more than 9 digit reference for BPAY. Guess what? I got a bill with 10 digit BPAY reference. Which works perfectly well from apps of other banks. Not a happy customer
For an online bank, your app is utter garbage. Have never been able to get mobile payments working. Most of the time, the transactions for one of my accounts is unavailable, yet when I log into the website it's all there readily available. I will be migrating my banking away from ubank
stuck on log in screen. doesn't log into account after password entered.. tried Samsung galaxy s5 and TAB S updated app still doesn't work. did work previously
Have phone with NFC but says incompatible. Runs Android 8.0. Accounts regular disappear off screen. Am going to have to keep banking with my other bank to make use of mobile and timely payments. Pretty frustrating.
Appears to have been upgraded since last time I downloaded this app. Looks heaps better and way more functionality... Almost almost on par with full site, nearly.... Been using it for a week now, it's great!! One of my favourite banking apps on the market
You have great online base products, and your website is good, but this app is a massive letdown in comparison. Very much behind the competition and I cant even view the latest transactions in my mortgage. Please improve.
