An app that didn't update in the last 4 years. Tells a lot about how serious they take their mobile banking! Interface is so from 1980s. Bank locations are so outdated. Ethiopian banks for the most part don't understand the value of mobile banking. They just buy the cheapest available software out there just to be able to say that they have mobile banking option. The more things customers can do online the less traffic and workload at their branches. My highscool student can do better!

I have never ever have seen such a poor banking system in this planet in my life time. When I try to open the app, redirect me to update service where there is nothing to upgrade. Then I went back to the app and nothing gonna happened again. I couldn't get the online service. This damn annoying situation. I have the latest android phone and system. At the bottom line I have to go to the bank and grab money as my ancestors did in 19th Century. Please fix z problems and join the 21st century.

Signing in the app is very difficult. its very slow. its just not user friendly. why do i have to type my mobile number everytime? my number should be verified once when i install then only my pin number to be asked everytime i open the app. pls improve
