At first it was good so I upgraded to premium. After using it a little more I just really don't like a lot of the design decisions. Here are a few of the things I didn't like. When their servers were down today I couldn't even get past the loading screen to check my packages. The tracking for a few of my packages doesn't reflect the website information at all. The auto carrier select seems to only work like 40% of the time. You can't change the carrier after you save it. I also wish there was a way to quickly go to the carrier's own site with the selected tracking.
Great app. I tried the free version and loved it. Paid for the premium version to get the inbox integration but doesn't work. I emailed 3 times and left messages on Facebook and Twitter but no contact. That is why I only gave it one star. Without the inbox I should of just stuck with the free version. It works good just have to manually input. DO NOT PURCHASE THE APP, PAID OPTIONS DO NOT WORK AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. FREE VERSION IS FINE. WISH I HAD SAVED MY MONEY!
used to love the app so much I gladly paid for premium, until whatever they did recently. It takes a good 10 minutes to actually load up. It no longer notifies me of when my packages are put for delivery or have been delivered. Tracking information on app.does not mirror carrier website. Ridiculous, time to go back on the hunt. Uninstall.
I love the concept of this app. Track multiple carrier all in 1. I paid for the premium to get notifications. But this app, is far behind! I checked the original carriers website and my package was "on vehicle for delivery" while this app, it still shows "at local facility". It doesn't get updated on time which defeats the purpose of this app if u can't track the package on time
Amazon package tracking STILL doesn't work, even in latest version of app. Developer advertises that Amazon tracking works in "Premium" version, which I paid for. Don't buy this app if you expect Amazon package tracking to function. I've sent the developer multiple emails over the past 64+ days, requesting support, but I've received zero response from him/her. All support requests have been ignored.
Works great. BUT.."on it's way to (destination)" is not the same as physically being at a location so why is there always a line and an arrival marker if it has not arrived there yet??? Which is why I dropped it to 3 stars.. FIX IT !!! Why bother to sell an app to the public if you're not going to stand behind it???
