Too many changes that are not allowed
I needed a ride fast to pick up my child after dark, I got the app fast but picked 'select' thinking it was the fastest... when ride was 22 min away... driver explained I had picked the 'fancy car' choice, he was so kind and cancelled, but I could not, not, not reselect for UberX no matter what I did... one hour later a 'select' driver showed up... meanwhile my child was waiting... App did NOT explain the difference between choices.
Hi this is very sorry to say that this app is really frustrating me instead of being a regular user . I am not able to login my id and due to this I am not able to book my ride. I tried to reach uber customer service but they are really not helpful at all. They are not giving any solution so that I can use my id and get the benifit of uber service, but their customer service is too bad to help. I am still waiting to get a valuable feedback regarding my id so that I can use my id and I can book my ride. Please try to help me .
Just because you guys enjoy monopoly you have started disregarding customer issues. Why should a customer be charged for cancelling a ride? Drivers dont turn up and ask customers to cancel the trip due to this. This is a pathetic model leading to customers getting highly inconvenienced due to the drivers and your apathy. Extremely rude organisation who only beleives in making money disregarding customer issues completely.
Their algorithms for shared rides are terrible. If your pooling be prepared to go wayyyyyy out of the way to get to your destination. On top of that, be prepared for bait and switch tactics. When requesting a ride, the app will say eta 2 minutes but jump to 6 minutes once the ride is requested. If I cancel the ride immediately, I still get charged. Takes a few times to contact support before they ultimately end up reversing the chage. Just not worth the time.
Very unhappy with uber and its professionalism..The drivers are often rude to my parents who are senior citizens.. They have no empathy..despite of numerous complaints i only get a automated apology mail which is of no use.. when uber is failing interms of service because it has gain more commuters its of no use to have this APP.. i guess only 10% of drivers are considerate. I know even after this review there wont be much action taken..
