Application hangs and restarts my phone Application hangs in the crucial moment when I try calling the driver/ driver tried to call me.
Made me miss my bus Setup an account to get to the airport bus in London & unknowingly requested a car that was too small. The driver said he couldn't take us & that he would cancel our ride so we could request a larger car. This caused my account to get frozen & uber to block my phone so we got left on a London street in the rain with our luggage and a person who couldn't walk. Ended up missing our national express, had to take a city bus, buy new nat express tickets and now hoping we don't miss our flight. Nice job uber.
1st time use Our son used his corporate account to get us to the airport. That was easy. But, our return flight was delayed and we couldn't connect with our son. Here we were at the airport at midnight. No idea how to work Uber, but a terrific driver helped us with the website and turned out able to give us a ride as well. Yea for personal people to people service.
Nice, but with one problem... Uber has success convert me from other online services for rides. But you guys must fix the gps or whatever things that somehow makes the payment not match with the distance. For example, a few days ago my trip was only 1000 rupiah and I'm using cash. But I'm willing to pay my driver the cost as usual. And the next day when I'm using uber you charge me the fix payment from ride before. I know it's my fault to paid the driver before in full payment, and i have no problem with that. But could you please fix?
New Uber scam.Trip cancelled by driver n was charged in next ride I had booked for a ride and the driver didn't reach my place and cancelled my ride charging me Rs.60. and while he was leaving I saw him going and called him. He didn't stop and went without any response. I had booked a new ride and when trip got completed I was charged for the cancelled trip even and had to pay. The drivers have started a new way of cheating the customers by cancelling the trip as they would get the cancellation charges as well as a trip count. Please help me in this regard.
No Free Rides You are emailing me that if I take; Just take ONE trip, from 9pm - 5am this Thursday - Sunday, and you will receive 5 free rides next week! But, the problem is. I have take that ONE trip dan also between 9pm-5am Thursday-Sunday. Until now I don't received any free rides. What happened?
