Ratings and reviews

Keep getting an error saying something went wrong when trying to set pickup location. The address comes up easy enough in the list as I type, but chokes when I select it. Not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong, because the app doesn't provide any information on the problem. Changing locations does not make a difference, even if using a someplace big, like a mall or airport. No issue choosing destination. App is latest version.

I am so, so tired of this app telling me that a driver is 3 minutes away only to 'coincidentally' have that estimate change to 15 minutes immediately after I've paid. I'm not waiting long either. I will click pay right away once my options have loaded, and in those 20-30 seconds the timing has suddenly changed significantly. I find it very sketchy. This seems to happen more often than not now. I find the app useful for getting where I need to be, but the process leaves something to be desired.

Your app is broken. You can put in a destination, and nothing happens. It just shows a map, but never connects you to a driver. It just spins. You can back out and relaunch multiple times, you can restart your phone. The app just lost all reliability in the past few weeks. I've had to change at least 10 rides to another service because of failures in your app.
