Very good service, great offers, economic and comfortable rides. Very attractive and catchy application design. Amendation required in the application : 1. Wrong location detection 2. Wrong driver's location 3. Option to save most visiting places Overall very nice. Make more people more happy and sustain your name and fame and be economical always. Keep it up and need working on mapskills.

This app used to be really helpful. I do not complaint about the drivers. With the recent update, the app doesnt show a way that i cud book a cab, nor can i lodge a complaint nor get any help. In simple words, the app is basically showin only giogle maps. Appreciate if uber can sort this issue, if not will have remove this service and spread the word in social media.

I used to travel by Uber everyday for 200+ rides. One fine day I reinstalled the app and on logging back in, Uber created a new account. That account soon got disabled and since then I'm unable to book rides. I have sent more than 20 mails to customer support and they are unable to fix the problem.

After the recent update, this app became a nightmare. It used to be my everyday friend on which i could rely blindly but now i cant book any rides, the new update is unable to determine the Paytm balance and keeps asking to add more even when it has the minimum balance. Uber, please update it in a better way or bring back the old update.

In kerala this isn't available 24/7 . The recent update spoiled the app. Unable to enter OTP for SBI card Visa verfication page. Also PayTM minimum balance 350 is a night mare. Very difficult to enter pickup location if it's different from current location.

Now a days driver behavior are too bad... Without any reason they cancelled driver and this fake campany charged from us.... 2times there support cash back my money but 3rd time they are not replying..... By driver cancel why we charged for it? There driver where like we are standing 100m away from your pick up location you come. Worst experienced I ever had.
In the beginning Uber was a lifesaver , the fair is cheap, they charge me right and on time, and I have great drivers and I rate them very well. Throughout the months it's been very complicated with the app messing up such as when you first cancel a driver and get another both drivers come pick me up at the same time by mistake and charge me a fee, customer support first not wanting to give me a refund with their mistakes and I have to debate with them why I want my money back, and they now charge you before you even start your trip and many more. Probably won't be using Uber again.
200+ rides almost no issues, for Uber in Melbourne Aust. The same fare which is $7 for uber cost me $16 in a taxi so short distance you can't go past it. Sometimes drivers aren't the best but you just rate them poorly and move on. Sitting at 4.9 rating myself so treat your drivers with respect and you will get the same. I've always had more issues with cab drivers and at least uber drivers have more accountability.
I am unable to book my cab. Just made payment for today morning. And it still says payment pending. So i was absolutely ready to pay even again and get it reimbursed later because I needed a cab. But that also throws an error. Updated my app again but still nothing. Not expected from uber.
Uber India is incorrigible. Despite repeated complaints promotional SMSs don't stop. They are in fact violating the rules by sending promo SMSs to a Do Not Disturb registered phone user. After email complaints, complained on Twitter but again just 1 meaningless assurance that it's taken care. Further no response to question on how exactly it's taken care. It shows how bad you guys are and how customer problems mean nothing to you.
Left me stranded downtown at 2 in the morning because they wouldn't accept my card despite it working two weeks ago. Don't count on these parasites. Can't even find a customer support number. What a joke.
The time shown & take the car to reach at pick up points never was accurate. The worst thing is, the drivers cancelled the ride and the rider's have to pay cancellation fee. The drivers are so arrogant in listening to the direction and doesn't reach the pick up point even after half an hour.
My account got blocked for no reason an year ago. I contacted customer support atleast 10 times but there is no response. Waste of downloading the app. These people just work for money. They don't resolve customer issues.
I personally feel using this business is exploiting the drivers. Who pay 30% to Uber, Tax Man, maintenance and run around cost. So I stopped usi ng it. Don't want to participate in something that is cheap and fraud. Imagine you get paid 10/hour for your work and then each time you have to be stressed about riders feedbck which controls the drivers account. So think before you use this fraud so called Uber
Don't know what's wrong with the update ! I am unable to book a cab from the app. Tried many times in a week and multiple accounts. When I book through tapzo with my account connected it works! Your app just got dumb ! Please fix asap !
I installed uber. Tried booking a cab and BOOM.. my account is blocked. It was the first and only time I used uber. I m highly disappointed. The customer care is not responding properly. Not giving proper reason why they have disabled my account.
Recently the updated version is vry bad yet. I've taken a journey and before riding the fare breakup shows at around rs-76 but after completion of journey the fare show me at rs 126.. I'm never happy with this new updated version
Uber has really helped my family we dnt have to use public transport and its very convienent. Few probz with drivers cancelling and we having to pay for them cancelling but uber sort the problem out quick. Thx uber for great service
Moving cars icons have disappeared for me, no matter where I place the marker in the town the map stays empty. But when I'm choosing any other town the moving icons are there and works perfectly. What's wrong guys? Am I stuck in some sort of A/B testing?
Seriously..When you have a place to go and it says 6 mins and they mean 14 because they are completing a near by trip..I don't mind the wait would just appreciate a correct wait time. I'm very upset with the new download
SHEIKA135UE = £20 off first ride. I like it, theres always drivers about at anytime and have good looking cars too. The app does still freeze now and again, plus these new updates are pointless, otherwise still a very useful & must have app.
It's not obvious when surge pricing applies compared to the old app. Messages screen showing at the bottom of the screen will not completely hide, make navigation of the app more difficult.
Absolutely horrible app! A friend told me to try it and so i did hoping it'd be good. No! For an hour i was trying to get an Uber to my location! Kept on telling me it was unable to pick me up anywhere i went! Location services on and still nothing anywhere i put it, it'd keep on saying the same thing or it'd glitch and say it'd be here within a few minutes then the same thing again! Honestly don't waste your time or money!

When i am trying to update my profile details it shows fail to save and also uber credit option is not visible under payment section but tech teams was saying that you can see uber credit option under payment section. They put extra charge and then return fake. They say that they return but it is not visible at all not in web page and not in app :(
When it comes to comfort with economic ride I switch to Uber. Yes it's true that the estimated fair sometimes exceed my speculated budget and also it varies from time to time for the same distance. But compared to other cabs in my city Uber is my first preference.
Uber app Is now more expensive than before it's not less than a taxi like last year. It's some time's about the same and sometimes more expensive than a taxi !!!! And the drivers take longer to pick you up plus at night they frequently cancel to or three times !!!! Who wants to wait more than 15 -30 minutes? Service is much worse and more expensive than last year 2016. More cost less quality service.
New update on driver app is awful. Drivers often call from up to 6 blocks away asking where you are. Pickup locations need to be clear with the app, and the address.
It gives me the amount I'll be paying for my ride but then it changes. And if I cancelled a trip it would still charged me as if I took the ride so you have to let them know so you can get your money back
First I have difficulty to register my debit card after six month's I downloaded again this app and then found cash option in that. It's auto Rickshaw service in Lahore Pakistan I really like it very much. But car service it below average. Auto Rickshaw and car drivers are very cooperative.

Hey Asim - send us a note at t.uber.com/contact so we can follow up. PROS: Uber drivers are ok and Nic3 to talk to. Nice cars too. I feel it's alot safer to use Uber over local cabs CONS: The app is a bit "difficult" to use especially picking your exact location. The fares are higher than local transport (which the reverse is supposed to the case). Well maybe we are paying for convenience as compared to local cabs?!! 😕 Also it so sad that when the driver gets lost you pay for the lost time. Tho you can apply for a refund but pray you don't cos all U get is a stereotype reply that favours you "not" lol OVERALL: I'll always choose to use Uber over Local cabs 👍
These days drivers tell I am not interested to come. They are also human beings. If booking us being confirmed at least make sure they are interested to drive or the cab is nearby.
Screwed up the location on pickup. Even though I auto-select the pickup point, for some reason, the pickup point is always 200 top 300mts away from where I'm at. Fix this asap.

In comparing the app layout and GUI interface of the app I would definitely rate a five star to the UBER since the design , simplicity , accurateness , reliability is the top notch in UBER app. Coming to the booking procedures as you book in UBER The details of the driver and car are popped up with real time tracking , I hope this feature is not provided with real time tracking in OLA. I tried to use this app after so many days..It show me error that my account is suspended. I also visited ur website to as per instruction however still my account is suspended. Could u plz look into this. Otherwise I will uninstall uber permanently.
It was great for awhile now the Uber driver trying to steal a 86 dollars from my account with a lame story about his car his car is in bad shape smell like cigarettes in seats are not in good condition at all in Uber barely replies as it supposed to
