About half the time I go to use this app it fails catastrophicly. I feel like every other update adds a bug. For instance it puts me in a pay loop now so I can't order anything.
Latest update - top bar no longer shows. Problem with eta (hailing one now - says 1 minute but has been more than 25)
Latest version missing some features like can't see base fare at a time of all three kind of cars... I have to put address only then I can see...
I think they are a bunch of crooks and should be crimanily charged. I credits I can't use because can't toggle them on. It takes 30 hours of emails to fix a problem but on my credits it's been over a month all they want is for me to add different payment method so have more in my account. Only contact is email and someone new each time. To date they have not answered 1 question of mine. I was going to delete my account was told that was fine but they will not refund my money. I am in process of filling a formal complaint with the Texas State Attorney General Office. I filed with a consumer advocate group and Uber didn't even feel it necessary to respond. I will be so happy this summer when a trustworthy service moves to Houston Lyft. Uber the company that doesn't care about it's customers and wants to screw them over. I was surprised to learn the president of company is in Australia. Before using read up on them. Otherwise you might regret it. LIARS and THIEF'S should be there name
After booking the Cab the driver switch off his mobile & I can't call him back had to cancel the Cab as I was in hurry they charged for that cancellations it's all their FAULT. #POOR
