I'm not sure how you go from the original winning formula of a easy to navigate pickup/ arrival menu to what you have now. I literally can't tell if I have ordered the cab or not. I assume this is to make sure you ''schedule' a ride rather than order a ride so they can change the fare without you being notified. The app is terrible and it feels like the company has forgotten what made it ahead of the game. Find a local alternative
I've used Uber many times and paid through an already added Paytm account. But since last few days while trying to book cab it's giving error saying please check your payment card. My paytm account is being shown as added to Uber and has balance above Rs 300. This issue is forcing me to use other cabs. Fix it please.
Prices just going up, never other way around. That's what happens when you become greedy. I have more than 50 rides never got a free ride or discount. Pool used to be lot cheaper now its silly. Keep up like this and go straight into your own abyss.
Junk passenger rating system of Uber is an insult to me. I noticed that, my rating is terribly low as 4.55!!! I simply can't believe it. I have never quarrelled with single driver, even if they irritated me so much with many reasons. Extreme rare occasions, I reported it through official. And I never kept a driver waiting or caused any damage to any car. But still my rating is low. Why? This is highly unacceptable and from now onwards I will rate every single Uber cab driver I board in as low for every reason I will find to be even slightly irritating.
There is no call centre to listen to your grievances in an emergency. Last night two drivers ditched me and I had to bear the cost of cancellation. One of the driver was not the same as shown in the description. Of course I got a refund when I wrote a complaint but it spoiled my mood and I got late for an event. Nowadays the drivers accept your request even when they are 20 minutes away and then force you to cancel the ride. THE DRIVERS SHOULD BE FINED IF THEY ACCEPT A RIDE IF THEY ARE MORE THAN 2 KM AWAY
Dissapointed.. Uber was satisfying before. But now, I always be dissapointed by the driver. Either the driver phone is not active, or the shown car on the screen is not moving (and my internet is working just fine). Can you imagine how annoying it was when you can't check on the driver how long will it take for them to pick us up? Cause, I had this experience, when on the screen showed me that they will reach my place about 10 min, but I have to wait for 45 min. And believe me, there is no traffic. It happened not only one or two but few times already. So unprofessional. I think I will stop using this service.
