Uber has lost it I loved Uber for a while until they constantly started having increased rates (hint, hint, if it's the normal cost, it's no longer an "increased rate") and suddenly no driver's consistently. The app is even using shady tactics like showing a 3min pickup time and 12 drivers near me during the surge, then suddenly a 15 min wait time and one driver after the surge.
Dying service It was great while it lasted. Could get my maid anywhere and me anywhere with just my phone and very remotely. Just had to get out of my cozy bed to go draw money to pay cash for my Domestics uber to my house. Will have to check out zebra cab service. Hopefully they use credit card.
Worst car service! Used to love it. But now it's the worst way to get around. Very unreliable. Given that I just spent two hours just trying to get a Car Service and it was unsuccessful. I'm siding with lyft now. No more uber for me. I just lost 23 bucks with them. One driver got me charged after he cancelled on me after I waited for him for over 20 mins outside....
Not able to book cabs When ever I try to book cab, it says you need to re-authorize your paytm account but when trying to do so- it says unable to send SMS to your mobile. This happens even if I have sufficient balance in my Uber credits. It is a non-ending loop. Really expect far better from you guys.
Brilliant concept, with an app' that works well. Having seen Uber in the news more and more lately, I simply had to take this for a spin... And it does not disappoint. The concept behind Uber is fantastic and the accompanying application - this application - works flawlessly. To those complaining about Uber's services, learn to adapt to the changing landscape or get left behind... A little competition - which the taxi industry currently lacks - never hurt anyone (after all, innovation drives competition)!
No one answer my complain On friday 21 oct 2016, at 10.05 PM, i order uber to drive me from my home to classic hotel, the driver is not the one in app, and the driver didnt stop the route when i arrived, no traffic jam, Fare estimate is IDR 13,000 , the driver charge me IDR 35,000, then i complain from app in help menu, never get respond from uber. Very disspointed, but when i going back from same place to my home and i get charge wrong again IDR 10,000, i told uber wrong charge ( should be more than IDR 13,000 (fare estimated)),
