The app doesnt do much except book a ride that will most likely be late because the app was giving the driver bad directions. Have not been pleased with the app but the drivers have been awesome. Hope they get a fair shake sometime soon. And no i will not contact you. You should contact your developers and the board of directors and tell them to get it together, the drivers make a living from the ecosystem you created.
I was in ortigas waiting for my uber toyota vios vy9077. I sms him to pick me up in taxi bay lane. While he was in sm megamall. When he was neared to my place i was surprised he didn't went to the place i told him and he send an sms that he will go in bus lane. And i replied its ok we will cross and go to bus lane. And then my wife saw the car and he didn't stop for us. He said he is not allowed to pick up in the bus lane. From the very start the place i sms to him allowed to pick up passenger. So surprising he canceled our booking and i need to pay 100. Please don't used uber. It is not worth it!
If the driver takes the wrong turn they charge you extra. There is a random 5$ cancel fee when their app is glitchy and sends you to the wrong place. That fee can only be refunded to your account so your stuck using this awful competitor. Every time I use uber there is an issue, lyft is way better. Only time I use uber now is when lyft is too far or on a surge. Seriously uber is awful.
Yesterday i booked a uber pool, for two peoples.. they keep on forwarding my request and one of the driver with cab no. 2750 told me to come at pick point where he has parked his car which was 1 km away. After reaching there he denied to go to my destination. So i am deleting this app. And they have charged me 42rs. Just hated this app.
They are the worst app when you travel international. First they do not link my payment method on uber with uber eats ... then their team takes 2 days to get back. After which instead of resolving they delete my account. The beauty is that the deactivate link does not work. Just unhappy with Uber. Horrible experience. Just horrible
Why is it impossible to delete all my card details. Please provide me with a logically explanation why is it so? Considering it's a customer's rights and privacy. After the recent issue on the news it is only safe to do so. So please do something about this if you want to retain any customers.
