Ratings and reviews

Keep getting an error saying something went wrong when trying to set pickup location. The address comes up easy enough in the list as I type, but chokes when I select it. Not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong, because the app doesn't provide any information on the problem. Changing locations does not make a difference, even if using a someplace big, like a mall or airport. No issue choosing destination. App is latest version.

Your app is broken. You can put in a destination, and nothing happens. It just shows a map, but never connects you to a driver. It just spins. You can back out and relaunch multiple times, you can restart your phone. The app just lost all reliability in the past few weeks. I've had to change at least 10 rides to another service because of failures in your app.

My experience with the drivers has always been stellar. However, my experience with the app has not lived up to bare minimum standards as set forth by what the app claims to offer. The app claims to offer the ability to schedule a ride from one place to another. I have literally never been able to find a place from which I can schedule a pickup for a ride. Every single place I have ever tried has been deemed ineligible for prescheduled ride service. Including in Chicago. Ridiculous.
