Ratings and reviews

Uber needs to get it together for those of us who use the app for both personal and business. I frequently go back and forth with a total of 3 credit cards that I use between the 2. Uber 's non -user friendly cluster of an interface has resulted in me using the wrong card on multiple occasions. To add fuel to the fire, they're impossible to contact when this happens to make sure the proper payment method is applied. It's gotten better for rides but delivery still is problematic. Please fix this!

Too many drivers accept and then cancel your ride... Thus forcing you to wait longer and possibly arrive to your destination late. Also, not the most competitive rates. There also needs to be a direct method of contact that's easily accessible for general issues as opposed to the specific ones they have listed. I like that you're able to share your trip with others, rate the drivers, and have many options in various countries.

Uber is fast and affordable. I remember taking the taxi's back in the day and the amount would be basically a surprise. It depended on which route the driver would take and how many yellow lights they stopped for. With uber there are no surprises since you pay up front a set amount. Furthermore uber is at your door within minutes so be ready. Of course you can request a set time aswell. Much faster than the bus. Nice cars too! Very comfortable. Lyft is sometimes cheaper so I check them both. Luv
