ROMA. Abbiamo prenotato 8 corse con 2 utenti diversi in 2 momenti diversi con il servizio più economico ITtaxi. Tutte sono state annullate.... Abbiamo scelto il servizio leggermente più costoso (ovviamente non ITtaxi) e in un minuto 1 è arrivato. Non posso credere che i taxi non fossero disponibili visto che lo vedevo fermi alla fermate taxi. Se non vogliono servire con l'app devono essere rimossi

É molto sbagliato che mi si blocchino i soldi anche solo per una corsa annullata, il rimborso dovrebbe essere istantaneo. Il sistema di valutazione dei riders penalizza il cliente pagante spesso sulla base di motivi inesistenti, più basati sull'umore del guidatore che su fatti reali. Il risultato é una valutazione bassa, non ne conosco il motivo e gli autisti mi cancellano più frequentemente le corse senza motivi validi.

Purtroppo ho dato 3 stelle perché in fase di prenotazione cambiando di pochi metri la partenza mi ha cambiato la tariffa aumentandola di 50 € e poi come ho rimesso la partenza originale quando ho concluso la prenotazione la tariffa era rimasta quella aumentata di 50€ e se non era per la puntualità e cortesia degli autisti avrei messo 1 stella anziché 3 stelle, cmq alla fine è stata utile
