很不好用的應用程式,還會亂收費我用了就是我點晚餐或者是說叫完計程車之後他都會突然跳出一個沒有付費可是問題是說叫車之前就已經收過了然後再跟我收兩次的費用然後跟客服講客服也不理我嘗試了3個月都無法有效溝通最終還是一直被扣錢真的是要小心不要用這個App

事件一（多次發生）： 預估價格跟司機最後收費價格差超多，預估200多~300多且途中無任何地址、路線的更改或要求，結果最後跟我收了快500？？？跟司機反應也沒用，司機一直說是app的問題。 事件二： 用了50%優惠結果司機跟我收原價！付錢時因精神不濟沒發現，事後看電子明細才發現被坑一個大的！ 總之太破了真的太破了。給到拉完了。

貴司的APP沒多少功能、介面也不算特別複雜，怎麼優化最佳化程度這麼差，無論蘋果或是安卓的旗艦機上面也都卡的要死、頁面資訊讀取也慢，再加上自作聰明的抓取地址機制，明明用戶都有寫運送說明寫了半天的地址也還是會自動抓取新的地址然後自動新增跟切換，而且就在同個位置，寫這個機制的工程師是實習生是不是? 還是哪來的廢物主管指示的，這狀況還不是只有一天兩天，是長期這樣造成用戶的困擾。本來想說有送兩個月免費會員就回來用一下，結果還是一點都沒改
