1.最近一次預約搭車，車子沒準時來，讓當天要出國的我們非常緊張，半夜趕快再叫其他計程車 2.叫優步小黃，司機走錯路，溝通後以為司機好心多載一段，結果未告知多收費用情況下，載到不一樣的地點下車，直到刷卡第二次才發現多收費用，最後卻要使用者承擔多出來的全部費用，向客服打字反應（沒有電話客服），就只退100加罐頭回覆

真不知道怎麼做的預約系統，我四點半預約五點半，整整一個小時都沒有人要接，直到五點半才出現但抵達時間都已經六點了，不免懷疑是在預約系統出了很大的問題卻沒有人修繕，甚至乘客多付因司機遲到所產生的費用，作為台灣最大的計程車網路整合公司，卻做出這樣的預約系統，今天如果我因為有班機，用您的系統去預約但卻在終端未顯示，我迫切的想知道請問是uber總公司要負責還是我需要自行消化損失就因為你們的預約系統頻頻出問題而不改善

超級爛，很久都沒有接單，已經等待超過一小時了，後面有事情無法繼續等了，要取消還要我自己付費，就不是我不拿是你們平台沒人送，還要我自己為你們的無能買單？？而且使用幫助還沒有人回覆我，完全都沒有人能處理這個問題，連機器人到最後都不回覆了。
